Memorio serves families during some of the hardest days of their lives, including people who are older, grieving, or not comfortable with technology. Accessibility is part of the job, not an add-on.

Our commitment

We aim for the Memorio website and family experience to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What is in place

• Semantic page structure with skip-to-content links and keyboard-reachable navigation and forms
• Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG contrast minimums
• Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields
• Reduced-motion support: animation is disabled for visitors who prefer reduced motion
• Touch targets sized for comfortable use on phones
• The site is available in English and Spanish

Known limitations

Some materials produced for families, such as tribute videos, are visual by nature. If you or a family member needs an alternative format or help accessing any part of the service, contact us and we will work with you directly.
