Funeral homes that submit materials to Memorio are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to provide submitted information and media. Memorio processes submitted data solely on behalf of funeral homes and for the purpose of providing services.

Our services are intended for use by adults and authorized representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. However, we may process information relating to minors when such information is submitted by a parent, guardian, funeral home, or other authorized individual for legitimate memorial or service-related purposes. Our services are operated from the United States. If you access them from another jurisdiction, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
